A major western US utility asked us to develop a leadership program to orient new leaders throughout the company, from supervisor to executive. The program was to be composed of two major components: classroom training and ongoing coaching.
Designing a Company Specific, Cost Effective, Leadership Development Process
Working with our client we designed a leadership model that expressed the major commitments and roles leaders were expected to demonstrate within the utility. Once the leadership model was defined it became the basis for the leadership development training we developed.
