William Belgard
Chief Strategy Officer
William P. Belgard is a cofounder and the Chief Strategy Officer of Ascension Transformation Solutions, providing the people and leadership side to digital transformations and corporate transformational growth strategies globally. Belgard earned his BA at Chapman University, his MA in Human Resource Management at Pepperdine University, and completed the Stanford University graduate program in Organization Change. His consulting experience gave him the opportunity to lead projects in the aerospace industry specializing in transformational change, high performance work systems and executive mentoring.
Belgard’s clients have included American Airlines, Apple, AT&T, Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Boeing Defense Systems, FAA, Goodyear, MacDonnell Douglas, Motorola, Michael Foods, Rockwell Collins, Rockwell Missiles and Space, Shell Canada, and Quaker Oats. Prior to his work as a senior advisor, Belgard was a co-founder of Belgard•Fisher•Rayner and the Belgard Group, both Transformational Consultancies. Belgard is also co-author of the change management book Shaping the Future: A Dynamic Process for Creating and Achieving Your Company’s Strategic Vision.
